Let’s Connect

Using our virtual receptionist service to handle your calls allows you to focus on what matters most to your business, and it costs far less than employing staff. When you have a professional receptionist greeting your callers, it gives you an established look and feel.

All the benefits of a receptionist at a fraction of the cost

With our dedicated call answering package for professionals, there is one basic monthly fee that includes all the options you need. We can perform a wide range of services on your calls, so you spend less time following up and more time growing your customer base.

We represent your financial advisory practice as if you have your own employed receptionist.

Your clients will always speak directly to a real bilingual person.

Our agents are trained to understand your business and to know your customers.

Remain reachable at all times, on any of your numbers.

We have the necessary experience to maintain your business calendar in full. We will handle the overhead of scheduling new appointments and cancelling or rescheduling existing ones.

Urgent calls can be transferred directly to you.
