Healthcare Monthly Package

R1850 p/m includes:
  • 95 transfer minutes to an external number
  • 250 Inbound calls answer per month
  • Every message of each answered calls is emailed
  • 150 calendar bookings, updates or changes from inbound call per practitioner
  • Required documents are emailed to patients
  • New 087 telephone number
  • 10 practice contacts included
Registration fee: once off R1500

Additional Addons

  • Rental of geographic number (010-, 012-, etc.) per month (optional) @ R125 p/m
  • Rental of an additional number (087-, etc.) per month (optional) @ R125 p/m
  • Add additional practitioners from R700 p/m

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Standard numbers (087-) are included in the monthly package cost
  • The once off registration fee is payable per standard number (087-) issued
  • Messages can be SMS’d @ R0.55 each (emailing of every message included at no extra charge)
  • Out of Bundle Rate @ R3.50 per minute (after the 95 transfer minutes to an external number has been reached)
  • Prices all exclude VAT
  • Month to month agreement; no long term contract
  • Payment terms: Post paid, every month end via debit order
