During business hours, a conditional divert to Thetha Connect is activated on every mobile phone. All fixed lines have been supplied with Telkom Call Follow Me services or Neotel conditional diverts. Therefore every call to every contact at Storage WISE is always answered professionally in Storage WISE’s name.
Upon having answered a call, Thetha Connect’s professional call agents perform one or more of the following actions:
• When the caller is a possible new customer, the call is transferred to the person at Storage WISE that deals with the caller’s specific requirement. Be that self-storage, container leasing or container sales. The recipient of the call therefore knows that the call has been screened and that it is vitally important to attend to the call immediately;
o After having transferred the call to the responsible person at Storage WISE, Thetha Connect’s agent emails the caller the relevant leasing agreement and/or sales price list. Therefore improving the probability that the caller will enter into an agreement with Storage WISE;
o If the responsible person at Storage WISE cannot take the call being transferred, Thetha Connect’s agent takes the call back, apologises to the caller and still emails the caller the relevant leasing agreement and/or sales price list. Therefore improving the probability that the caller will enter into an agreement with Storage WISE;
• When the caller is an existing customer or tenant and the caller does not require immediate assistance, a typed log of the call is emailed to the person that have previously dealt with the caller;
• When it is a junk call, like a marketing call or a private call, a typed log of the call is emailed to the person asked for by the caller.
