Thetha Connect's call answering system ensured us at Storage WISE that we no longer missed any business calls. We conditional-divert all our mobile and fixed business lines to the new number that Thetha Connect setup for us. Someone always answers the phone if it rings, even if we are not at our desks. Once the call is answered by their agents, we would immediately receive a detailed email of the callers' requirements, Thetha Connect's operators would even send out Storage WISE's sales brochures via email if the caller was a new customer. Jakaranda FM


Round Table has taken hands with Thetha Connect to manage their call centre. On 8 October 2014 Christo Bezuidenhoud and André Fouchee from the Round Table, who donated R20 000 towards the completion of the new bathroom at Home Oasis, was interviewed on Jakaranda FM's Good Morning Angels. The Round Table is using Thetha Connect's unique call answering service to man their call centre. Home Oasis currently looks after 27 old people who receive a pension fund of R1 380 per month. They pay R1 100 per month, but this covers everything they need: a place to stay, water, electricity, food, and groceries. It also includes transport to clinics, shopping and day-trips from time to time. The home does not receive any extra funding – besides these monthly contributions, so they have to run projects to make up the budgets every month.
